Certification decisions are based only on the competence demonstrated by candidates through the certification process and are not influenced by commercial, financial or other external interests.
To maintain impartiality, BSS NDT identifies and manages potential conflicts of interest through documented procedures. All personnel involved in certification activities are required to declare any actual or potential conflicts of interest before carrying out their responsibilities.
An independent Impartiality Committee periodically reviews impartiality risks and provides recommendations to Top Management to ensure that certification activities remain objective and credible.
